ITINERARY

Day 1: Arrival / Reykjavik

Arrive in Reykjavik, the northernmost capital in the world. Accommodation in the city center. Orientation and safety briefing. Welcome Dinner (not included) where you’ll meet the Expedition Leader and your fellow travelers. Evening free to explore Reykjavik’s vibrant nightlife. Overnight in Reykjavik.

Day 2: Reykjavik / Golden Circle

After breakfast, enjoy a walking tour of Reykjavik’s historic center. Then, head inland to explore the massive Strokkur Geysers (which can reach 30 meters high), the powerful Gullfoss Waterfall, and Thingvellir, a National Park that includes Europe’s oldest parliament. Overnight in the Golden Circle / Southern Iceland.

Day 3: Southern Iceland

After breakfast, continue south along the "Route No. 1", Iceland’s only road that circles the island. You’ll stay in local accommodations such as farms, hostels, etc., covering an average of 300 km per day. Along the way, there will be plenty of time to stop at numerous beaches, waterfalls, volcanoes, and glaciers. For the more adventurous, there are countless optional activities you can add to your expedition: boat rides, horseback riding, volcano trekking, sledding, and more. What awaits you are endless breathtaking landscapes that will leave a lasting impression. Overnight in Southern Iceland.**

Day 4: Southern Iceland / Eastfjords

After breakfast, continue east toward the Eastfjords, renowned for their stunning beauty, resident whale populations, and welcoming villages. Overnight in the Eastfjords.**

Day 5: Eastfjords / Southern Iceland

After breakfast, start the journey back to Reykjavik, with visits to the Mulagljufur and Fjadragljufur Canyons along the way. Overnight in Southern Iceland.

Day 6: Southern Iceland / Return to Reykjavik

After breakfast, return to Reykjavik. There will be various optional activities on the way back. Conclude the expedition with a dip in one of the city’s hot springs (Sky Lagoon or Blue Lagoon). Farewell Dinner. Overnight in Reykjavik.

Day 7: Reykjavik / End of the Expedition

After breakfast, free day in Reykjavik before your departure.

Your booking is secure and immediate. The remaining balance must be paid by the 1st day of the month preceding the expedition.
